Grassmann-Blake Inc. is an American owned jewelry manufacturer with a finishing manufacturing facility in NJ and a Production manufacturing facility overseas. We produce both fashion jewelry and custom produced Fine Gold and Silver jewelry. We also produce custom Fashion jewelry and custom Promotional items. Grassmann-Blake Inc. Inc. accepts American Express, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, PayCash, Discover, Cashier's Checks mailed in advance, Google Pay, bank transfers and ACS Debits. Sorry we cannot accept personal or company checks. Grassmann-Blake Inc. Inc. ship-to locations: We ship WorldWide. Please review the section on Shipping and Handling charges. These charges are discussed in the Shopping Cart section. These charges are based on actual courier rates without any handling fee. Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
If free shipping is offered, it is offered for a maximum of 6 pounds and only for the first shipment of a package. (If, for some reason, the package is returned, the second shipping charge is not free.) We do not offer free shipping on International Orders. Since insurance is not normally available on shipments to the following countries, we cannot ship to these countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia. Other countries may be added to this list. We will ship to these countries but only if you pay with wire transfer or ACS debit and if you take full responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility.
Due to varying custom laws, we are not able to inform you whether you will incur custom fees. Although we are able to provide some information, it is only provided as a guideline. We do not provide legal advice on customs law. Please consult with a qualified attorney or customs expert before making your purchase decision. It is our understanding that USA customers may incur up to a 7.3% custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a 20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the necessary details! We use UPS as our standard parcel carrier. Sorry we cannot ship to APO and other military locations or PO Boxes except with very special arrangements for large orders.
These orders must be pre-paid with wire transfers only. We are not responsible for misdirected shipments. All orders are shipped using the address provided by the customer. The address is verified electronically using UPS Address Verification. If the shipping address cannot be verified using the UPS Address Verification, we cannot provide a Delivery Guarantee. In these cases the customer assumes responsibility for misdirected, returned, or lost packages. If the package is returned the customer must re-pay the Shipping charges to receive the order again. If the package arrives at the address that you provided and the address turns out to be an incorrect address, you may find that it will not be acknowledged or returned by the receiver. And if it is not returned by the receiver, we are not responsible for the loss.
All shipments sent using UPS include the first $100 insurance provided by the carrier. The customer is responsible for the charge for insurance for the remaining value of the package. We will add insurance to each package to ensure against lose. Although insurance prices may change without notice, the following are the current insurance charges: $2.70 for the first $100 (after the first $100 paid for by the courier) and $.90 for each additional $100 in value or portion thereof.
Sales Tax:
A Sales tax of 8.0% is charged to NJ residents who do not have an NJ Sales Tax Certificate on file with us. Please fax the sales tax certificate to us for our files if and only if, you live in NJ or have a portion of your business in NJ. Customer Service & Return policy: All sales are final. Some of our jewelry is made in custom sizes for you and we invest a great deal of time in this effort. Since we incur the upfront manufacturing costs at our manufacturing facility, we require you to pay us upfront as well. Your upfront payment is a full deposit on your jewelry and once you pay for the jewelry there are no returns. Your payment is your commitment to the purchase of the jewelry. Should you reverse payment in some manner, you will still be responsible for the full value of the jewelry.
We will seek all legal means to recover the loss. If the jewelry you receive is damaged in transit, please retain all interior and exterior packaging. You must report the damage within 2 business days. We will apply for the insurance to cover the loss. We may require documentation from you in the forms of a letter and photo. You may be asked to show the damage to a representative of the carrier. You may be asked to return the damaged merchandise to us to show the insurance company. Insurance claims may take as long as 21 days to resolve. Since the shipment is FOB Prescott, NJ, USA, we are not responsible for any shipment lost or damaged. We will, however, place the insurance claim for you!
For customer Service, please call 928-778-9585 M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT. We will address any concerns you might have. We answer our email within 3-4 hours and always within 24 hours. We will address your email concerns as fast or faster than if you place a phone call to us! Please remember that some of our jewelry may be custom produced. It may take 2-3 days to finish the order before it is ready to ship. Please be patient! The beautiful jewelry which is the result of our stringent quality control and careful production will be well worth the wait!

There is a 20% restocking fee on any and all returned orders. We are THE manufacturer, so we often plate and manufacture items JUST for you. For this reason, we must charge a 20% restocking fee to cover the labor and manufacturing of your order. Thank you for understanding.
